thoughts anyone on pem's new offer, page-10

Im keen on the two parties merging Oli for sure.I hold both... With or without the chinese I feel its the only way for either to possibly get out of this mess. As stated, the chinese will not handle the single pem mine here for the longer term and imo will not be pumping money into the venture as a stand alone. Economies of scale dictate that this is only thier first move, and any rhettoric ablout not wanting cbh interests ( here and Cobar) to me are just that...posturing. Will be interesting to see what CBH announce soon.
