will be interesting to see if Kevin Rudd's increased infrastructure spending program to be announced today has any effect on general market sentiment.
with the focus of the increased spending likely to be roads,rail,ports there might be some support for the infrastructure plays such as LEI,DOW etc and the steel stocks such as BSL,OST.
