Fact - Murray didnt participate in the CR
Fact - Murray's drilling company recieved payment for drilling services through shares issued at a discount to VWAP therefore the drilling was not paid at market rates and caused additional dilution.
Fact - CE didnt participate in the CR
Fact - CE has set his performance rights at a low hurdle (6c - ie. 50% over pre-covid SP) and 750mt at 0.5% Cu equv... ie. 0.4% Cu and 0.1g/t Au... essentially the same grade as Productora. edit... actually a lower grade then Productora.
