What is disappointing (and I am not an accountant) is why AJM did not allow for this provision on their financial statements.

From what I've read of both ann, AJM did not consider that any money is owing. So no need to put in fin reports.
As I asked you before (which you keep ignoring) is why CVL won't put the amount in their fin reports, if they really thought they had a claim.

I think those who thought they could pick up more shares, at cheaper than current sp, is disappointed at the non-issue sp reaction.
