I'm thinking of it in another way - SPP doesn't close until likely after Vali results are known. If Vali is a success then it is a free kick for anyone with the cash to chi[p in. If it is a failure then the institutions/sophs have bankrolled Odin/Cervantes. If Vali was a duster and they hadn't performed the cap raise then you'd be a lot more grumpy, as I can't imagine them winding up the company just to distribute the BYE's.
