With all due respect, and best to my knowledge, this is the current status on the PTX trials.
Upon results announced (well) above standard of care ( baseline)-December 2019- the phase 2a breastcancer trial (ptx200) was placed on hold.
Similarly, the Ovarian phase 1b cancer (ptx200) trial-placed on hold- upon (well) above standard care results in December 2019.
The AML (ptx200) results in December 2019- phase 1b- was extended for dosage synergy exploration, and we should expect results by end of 2020. So, currently active.
Also currently active is the basket case study on the PTX100 trial, first dose escalation results ( announced) safety met. Now in second dose escalation ( if safety continues), a third and final dose escalation before readout of the phase 1b.
So..., 2 trials are currently active and 2 trials are currently on hold.
