I think Michelmore has been doing whatever he liked, without CFO, board or anyone else challenging or asking questions. I think the guy would have to be more arrogant than Cusack.
He has been spending the money quicker than a drunken sailor. No updates in that time, no disclosures, even PH update was like trying to get blood from a stone with this guy.
He still has zinc obssession, from what i recall he said he wont back down in cutting production when zinc price was coming down, mr tough guy.
Company did not set itself to be able to act quickly with changes in market conditions.
Hoping that these clowns work 20 hour days to get a good result for s/holders, than can move forward with hopefully new management and board
