Another really smart move by management to drive flexibility for customers. Both companies benefit from this. Zip gets virtually free exposure to healthcare sector and Respiri gets optionality and shareholder hype. Zip is heading into healthcare to crush Openpay. Openpay getting 1ST will not drive high usage. Zip is expanding their offering, perhaps the best in BNPL. Afterpay dominates retail, but I think Zip will dominate other industries and healthcare is quite lucrative. Can't wait to see the annual report on how they will re-executing the strategy.
