ARV would have allowed the false market to continue. Companies don't just go to the Supreme court, usually there is a fair bit negotiation and discourse before that happens. Have you noticed the EEE shareprice dropping over the last week and then tanking Friday, obviously people knew about the deal. I think your sentiment should be directed at ARV. Not one of us knows the truth, this is why I am pulling the popcorn out ready to view the spectacle.
