TCM terminated the agreement so Royalties will have ceased at that point , wether RVR is eventually liable for them is far from certain. There is no way they would lower tonnage or grades for an event that may well go RVR,s way anyway, it would also be a material event so would require notifying the market not to mention being unnecessary and making no sense IMO.
They have made Liontown the next mine, it is not involved with Royalties and bypassed Waterloo which is or maybe was...
