apt credit hurdles seem lower than zip

they don't perform credit checks. none

their credit underwriting is based on merchant profile (store type, location, past history) online channel profile (time of purchase, location), and sku profile (product, brand, price)...,BUT they have been managing to report improved credit loss performance

so apt controlling bad debts....and they don't even utilise credit checks

zip should be doing much better

apt has lower ticket, shorter tenure loans....which helps mitigate credit losses
