Chart represents a slippery slope of little news and placements at higher prices.
This dude, would have said "yeah I'm good for $200k" on the 10th of July.
Then he is in tranche two. Required sign off so via AGM so he gets it on 14th of October.......
Since then there has only been 1 occasion of prices above 1 cent with Friday being the only time with volume.
Some of these guys wouldn't have really read the ann. Those that werent on the ball on Friday ready to sell sold yesterday.
