the battle to gain a sales deal will be down to a sales guy convincing a developer that the issues are solved and it's now "Fit for Purpose"
This FFP statement is a legal position in Australian design legislation .
if an installation is not fit for purpose then the developer can be sued and so forth the supplier .
the result of this is that sales will be gone and even if they return in 1 or 2 years , the company will be broke .
