Disappointing that is was/is not released as a separate ann as it has not been picked up on the news wires - yet.
Could look at it two ways, 1 = SP reaction disappointing or 2 = an opportunity to pickup more before the news gets published & SP reacts.
Its been a long wait & a LOT of BS, hopefully this is not just more
