I think the changes that came in 1 July 2007 made super a lot more easy to understand and administer.
No RBL limits no age limits etc. From 2012 it is a very level playing field.
Sometimes the greatest complication is change itself. If left alone people with grow to understand it.
Will be a pity if they change it too much. I would also imagine current government would use it more as a tax grab than real reform to make it simpler.
