I have gone thru holding history published so far.
1. CARASON WARD PTE LTD
it's under DXN founder Tim Desmond. It was 30% share of the company in 2018.
now it is 55m comparing 1.06billion issued shares.
Tim has left the company and its normal he sold all his shares.
no more Tim's influence or anything.
2. Newgate Capital Partners transferred shares from Buttonwood Nominees Pty Ltd since 2018
I could not figure out who owned these shares.
I suspect it's from one of the directors. Anyway, it is ok to see its gone.
3. K Baker
its smart move to hide his holding under 5% - no more report
but it is hard to offload 55m in one go.
look at what happened to Carason dumped. lol 40% drop
I believe K Baker may sell shares by several batches.
4. Peter Christie
He has or had 13,925,000 shares.
maybe sold already.
