”dangling the carrot” of anticipated SP value of .95 if you tip in now at c.40-50. Very attractive to the big guys I’d suggest.
FWIW .... wasn’t the TH I was anticipating, but Mgt have decided this is the right time, so hoping for the “jump“ as happened previously after completed, towards true value.
