Possible (theoretical what ifs) Pros: Vaccine is fast tracked and we see come to fruition earlier than expected Webjet makes a great acquisition or is acquired Victoria shows promise and lockdown is reversed All border restrictions are lifted as the government decides we are really in this together and that states should not be considered separate entities within Australia
Possible (theoretical what ifs) Cons: Vaccine has same promise as the previous times a vaccine has hit the media and is really years away from being put into use Vaccine is a placebo (just saw in the news - as i type this- that Trump has now backpedalled on vaccine saying cases will get worse before they start getting better) NSW cases rise and trajectory is similar to Victoria and has lockdown fears Victoria extends its lockdown by stating that they will go into stage 4 - which now prevents people from asking the question - if it didn't work this time why are we doing it again - as Premier can now state that this time we will have greater restrictions
These are just random thoughts / speculation theory but would like to see others add to the list.
