I don't see the issue. If I owned shares before the SPP that means I am allowed to participate in the SPP, then if I nominated to fill my allocation and then if I chose to purchase more of the shares that were not picked up but other share holders. How would that make someone shifty?

FYI I am not in the top-20 but i truly do wish I had the $$ to have bought more during the SPP. If you're like me you are more jealous/ disappointed that you didn't pick up more during the SPP that doesn't make the people that did shifty.
