    I'm not down ramping. I'm just pointing out that the exclusive use of USD and the change in exchange rates has hidden a $93M cost increase and made the operating savings look better as a % than they actually are. Do you see it differently?

    I make no attempt to hide that I am invested in RWD. Having read this DFS I still hold the view that Ruane hung on to the best project.
