The US demonstration excellent - Oleg spoke about the difficulty in providing customers with demonstrations during COVID and that subsequently impacting the ability to close sales. However, DRO has been able to establish itself as a valid player with the recent EU Police deal lending further credibility to having a workable product.
Not just selling to a single buyer, spread across the US, UK and Europe protects their future revenue diversification. Main concern is those $5-10m orders being further delayed due to COVID. I don't factor in the MiddleEast deal as it might close tomorrow or in 4 years time.
Numbers would have looked better if the $2.7m deal had been paid for but can at least factor that into next qtrly update.
It's a buy from me here - clear pipeline of purchases coming in the next 6 months and defence spending won't be heavily impacted by recessionary forces in the near term.
