hopefully CBA resolve this issue if it hasnt been sorted already...the article suggests that things have gone from absolute chaos the start of the week to a point where a solution may have been found.
Hopefully this is the case.
It is possible that from a business point of view CBA will need to fix this issue with OZL as it will damage their relations with resource companies going. Not something you would want to do in my opinion.
If the SA government is also involved i think they may have made their way back to the negotiating table quick smart.
