my understanding was that each of the 'ADS' was equivalent to 40 standard issue shares? so it's still very much a value proposition to buy them on offer. these were offered to healthcare related industry investors. So you could get (theoretically obviously) 1 share for $15 or 40 (equivalent) for $18.75
