Problem is not the tech. The problem is that we cannot fund it and the sharks will circle until they get our IP for next to nothing.
We just have to hope that there are enough interested buyers to create a bidding war. If there is only one interested player we will get absolutely screwed. Le Maitre was a desperately needed deal, but we gave away much more than we got. They will make a killing eventually and we only get the manafacturing margin - which we will lose soon enough once they manufacture themselves.
