CCP just anmounced a 13% write down of PDLs, the NTA of PNC would be very inflated. The whole equation changes based on what the auditors force the CEO to take in terms of impairmemt. The value on the books is probably already asaggressive as he can get it ...
I'd chop 10% to 20% off the value of the pdp value.
