I know the phrase has a specific meaning in context, but a literal-minded part of me thinks that if you're a "sophisticated investor" you should run very far away from a placement issued by RFN.
Realistically, what are they going to do with $880K? Chase Loyyal - which doesn't have any cash left - around in court? Hire a bunch of people to try to jazz life back into the corpse that is Wooboard? If Wooboard was going to happen it would have happened already.
