Not sure except there are times when things remain under priced for only so long, and its up to us to identify the risks and jump in.
At these prices someone like MIN could TO at 20c ($40m Mcap) and get a $150m project, with Peru (Fe), Solaroz (Li) , and Burke (Graphite) for free
Holding..... Plenty.
