The whole sector might also just be turning a little. While many local "experts" are still advising avoid the oil/gas sector totally, the smart money appears to might be thinking a bit different. One has to ask why are Chevron parting with $13 billion for Noble and Warren Buffett putting $10 billion into oil/gas when "it has no future" Smart investors might consider following Chevron/Buffett instead of local experts. As I said before Dorado right place right time.
