Surely they'd be out of their minds not to buyback non marketable securities and/or delist (perhaps with M Resources), and make a play for the rest. Anyways after dumping into the offer at $1, I'm back in. Coal's tanked, but Stanmore is a sound operation - unless new management really screw things up, still a good pipeline and healthy balance sheet.
