Oracle can still be in "play" purely based on NOR paying $500 to be a "partner".

Let's not forget the ASX forced NOR's hand to reveal the partners via a 4C query. Do you think in the absence of an ASX query NOR would just volunteer this information?

Back during the NOR RTO, they claimed and named 2 ASX300 companies as customers. The funny thing is, there was no corresponding financials in the AR2016. Was there any clarifying announcement from NOR? Nope.

I think it is a little naive to think that any company down at the ASX spec end is forthcoming with bad news unless their hand is forced.
