There's just one nagging point that the full report actually belongs to ISX. They employed the no doubt expensive CU team, they paid for the report under direction from ASX... Does ASX actually have the right to demand such a full report?

I dare say ISX are struggling over this issue and are calling ASX out - just a guess ... if they are, as Shakespeare put it so eloquently, "double double toil and trouble, fire burn and cauldron bubble."
