sure. The question was what what countries are possible regulation free, so i listed them. I was going to say India is in Covid trouble but as I haven't really done any research on that best to only comment on what I know. Re RAP, never saw it as disruptive/needed, like the idea, but not sure doctors will take it on quickly. Plus too many dreamers and hard to make a good choice when it's so massively ramped with no real reason is frustrating at times. I feel quite justified to this point on my thoughts there. Anyway, delays here is always possible, but even the 'rampers here are realistic IMO.
