I don’t want to seem too negative here but I don’t think this is the right way to go about things. I’d love government support as much as the next investor, but:

— we have an obvious conflict of interest being investors in the company (seeking to influence government spending to a cause that will directly profit us)

- the company will be in conversations with the government going through the correct channels. Activist investors coming in through the side it may do more harm than good

Each to their own I suppose but something to think about before sending an email
