Not at all mate. They are effectively trading ownership for exploration. Being realistic there is no way a company this size and with the current funds can hope to properly explore every tenement they hold. Best case scenario (lol though I think you may think otherwise) exploration is successful, they still hold 20% or will receive smelting royalty
I must admit to being quite pleased with how proactive this management is... let the announcements continue!!
