Not sure how much can be gleaned from Equinix unfortunately, US$5.5B/Yr Revenue from 210 DataCentres in 55 markets, across 5 continents. NextDC is AUD$200M/Yr Revenue operating in a relatively small market (Australia) and has yet to prove it can successfully export its business plan overseas. NextDC started at a good time as far as the Australian Market is concerned, but will the same conditions still be around when they are ready to move overseas? I personally think overseas markets will be for the most part difficult and prefer the local focus.
