it was quoted in a previously post that the Lab in orange is getting smashed with assays from mining companies hence the long results.
Plus I have friends that live in the area stating that Baileys and Merdollic hole may have been drilled deeper as the rigs were out there for quite a while longer than the first hole at trundle.
I've watched an interview from John Holliday KCC that when he found / was drilling the Cadia test holes that he went deeper than usual to discover it.
I would also factor the deeper test holes in to the extended time to get the assay results plus the lab under the pump.
