From what I’ve told from locals in Tanzania, the president wants these license issued before the election. Things are moving quickly now as needs to get them granted and fast track the celebrations and marketing programs. Good PR leading into the election which makes a lot of sense.
From what Iam told, PEK and ORR licences will be issued sometime in aug.
