As for gold, it may hit the US$2,000 but I don't think that is going to last or hold through to 2021. The speculator front is already relatively high in number and therefore the potential for them to push GP higher is a bit limited. This spurt of GP is more due to the US China tension and if that eases (unlikely until Nov election is over), it will revert back to the 2009-2011 trendline. Really looking forward to 2021 though when GP will move another leg up

Overnight US/Canadian goldies were down by 1.5%. However Aussie goldies SP is going to behave differently due to the fact that GP in A$ is now in the $2,660 mark. Hopefully DCN will track upward today. Fingers crossed.
