it depends what the annouce is of course, thats why a halt is for buyers and sellers to evaluate, and then move on fairly.
Could equally be a glitch somewhere, and the early birds take their chances.
Always optimistic, I guess it was the buying the last few days that was the real inside clue to direction, (up)
