Blackmore paid $40m for Bioceuticals in 2012 at the time it had $37.7m sale. even at 3% CPI, in 2020, the valuation is $50m.
VLS would have $44m sales, over $12 in NTA, all cash, inventory, plant and building, solid. and lean management.
It clearly has the market in Australia and Asia.
I think it should trade at around $1 mark
