    • RECORDED FY20 SALES REVENUE OF $194.5M
    • RAISING TO FUND POTENTIAL ACQUISITION OF ECOMMERCE ASSETS OF CATHERINES,
    • A FOLLOW-ON NON-UNDERWRITTEN SHARE PURCHASE PLAN WILL ALSO BE OFFERED TO RAISE UP TO ABOUT $10.0M
    • UNAUDITED UNDERLYING EBITDA FOR FY20 IS $26.5M
