There is NO detail of cost to purchase this company or how it would be paid..... More secrets and unknown and vital details... For all we know this could easily fall over if terms and conditions can not be met.....
Has Longmire given a guarantee that we have exclusive rights to this purchase and that Longmire won`t sell the technology to another company in the meantime that might come up with the money....
One poster was talking about not showing their hand until a deal is done.... as it would expose them to competitors... From the little information available this is much needed technology in the horse racing industry and will be sought world wide..... As this has an unknown valuation I would think a couple of large Australian equine Veterinary operations could easily purchase the company without delay if a fair price could be found.... Let alone companies world wide....

IMO it is a disgrace that we must stay in suspension until well after XMAS and if some of us were hoping for some spare cash for XMAS we are in DEEP SHIT.... How many of us would have invested in this company if we knew we would be in suspension until after XMAS....

The company might have some of the best professionals in the business but when it comes to the dealing in financial contracts they are some of the biggest DUNCES ( IMO ) and lack the financial concern of its S/H`s

SHAME ..... SHAME....... SHAME........ to the board of DIRECTORS of FTT....

Calm down. Re-read the ann 120 day exclusivity, “no shop” and “notalk” period has been signed.

Glad you at least think someone else might want it.
