Yes, ok, well that puts a limit on the amount of the CR and what they can do with it.
Assuming a 5 cent CR price and 2 billion shares currently outstanding....
So if they go before July 31, then FBR are limited to $25 million cap raise.
If they go after July 31, then FBR are limited to $15 million cap raise.
Big incentive to go before July 31 then.
