trading well above placement price

Anyone know why this is trading at well above the placement price given the behavior of almost every other stock that has made a placement recently? In the announcement they mention eps of 4.3 and dps of 3. Not bad but there are other funds with better forecast returns. I am not trying to talk the stock down (and how would my opinion make any difference?) but I am curious.
