The point you fail to grasp is that with luck and hard work you will get extra capital and that is what is best for current holders. No company is being rushed with JV offers in the current climate. Everyone, well nearly everyone, is in cash conservation mode. If you know of a JV partner tell your fellow shareholders about them and the offer they have.
Be careful what you wish for.
