You suggest they were previously soley focused on Medicinal Cannabis? Lets drop ArtemC then.... what about Derma, was that medicinal cannabis? Nutraceuticals, is that medicinal cannabis? Ironically announcements regarding to these two divisions of the business created the biggest sp growth/pumps mxc have had. But they weren't seen as medicinal cannabis and we were told that was the reason for moving them on so they could focus on being a biotech company.

That to me says, there has been an ever changing strategy and the BOD aren't sure what they are.

Re: Cannaglobal, pretty safe to say if anything I have over estimated at $2m value and the fact Lorne made mention of 'making investors money BACK' through psychedelics is an admission the value isn't anywhere near what we were told or the subsequent investors who invested at lower valuations. This new round of funding will be SIGNIFICANTLY lower than previous rounds which to me is a pure admission that there is very little of value currently under CG grasp and this is a las tg ditch attempt and hail mary at rregaining SOME of those losses. I'm fairly sure good old Lorne hasn't ended up out of pocket though.

The last mention of Malta in the financials was to say the expenses for Malta wereso "insignificant" that they weren't worth reporting seperately under Malta JV companies and simply consolidated in to the group expenses. That to me is an admission very little has been spent on Malta. Especially when $10m plus has been raised for that cause. Has Nativ been based there full time as we were told approx 12 months ago? How much is he being paid and for what exactly?
