That's allowing a further 10% dilution approx for the additional shares on issue. I hasten to add the dramatic sell off today would argue it is higher (sarcasm intended).
Ask me again at Xmas, I'm looking forward to knowing the answer myself.
Q will come soon but I'm guessing $35M in bank post raises and lots more copper gold will be revealed over the next period.
