    Can shareholders please read previous announcements?

    If you did, you would know that these additional shares have been proposed ages ago to pay creditors in lieu of cash.

    When production starts and there is a cash flow I shouldn’t expect this to ever happen again as this isn’t best for the shareholders but there is a reliance on getting thinks starting quickly which is what is needed and now being done IMO.
