100% correct Bravo. Novonix must be very confident in converting the MOU with Sanyo/Panasonic for Tesla into a supply agreement, or sign a direct supply agreement with Tesla.

Otherwise why would Novonix place a direct link to the Sanyo/Panasonic Supply Agreement with Tesla on the US Securities and Exchange Commission website in the January 2020 Quarterly Report. Let alone the countless references to Tesla in their presentations, advertising and webinars.

If they don’t announce a supply agreement with Tesla until battery day, there is nothing stopping Novonix announcing a supply agreement with any of the other global battery makers which will see the share price rise to new highs.

These single contracts with the other battery makers are just as lucrative as one with Tesla. Actually, as an aggregate, more valuable, since there are a dozen other battery makers makers Novonix has been working with for the last 2-3 years.

A single Trading Halt or premarket supply contract announcement and off we go again, then again, then again, with each Supply Agreement announcement with each of the global EV battery makers.

This is not just about waiting for Battery Day for a Tesla contract.

At the 1min 10sec mark of this Channel 9 interview Group CEO Phil St Baker discusses the Puregraphite anode material saying “that is a commercial product today, that can achieve more than a million miles...obviously all the battery makers around the world, are very interested in our battery materials”

That statement says it all...exciting times for Novonix shareholders!
