What is the true value of Rex?

    Morningstar has a fair value of $0.21, that means approx. $72.2 million. Yet some say that gold in the ground in Nevada is currently $100/oz, that makes $140 million. If the Hillside gold was also worth $100/ oz, then that is another $140 million. What value is the copper?
    So ignoring the copper, the gold alone is $280 million, a lot different to a valuation of $72.2 million.
    Has anyone got another idea or opinion?
